What to know before arriving to your first class

Please arrive about ten minutes early to class. No experience required for boxing or kickboxing, choose any class to get started. If you have wrestling experience or a basic understanding of BJJ, you’re welcome to walk in to our BJJ class. Newbies will need to email us first. No outdoor shoes are allowed on the mats, so bring shoes with you if you are boxing, otherwise be prepared to go barefoot for kickboxing and BJJ. We have water here for $1, or a sink to fill up a water bottle.

Our MMA class requires that you have both striking and grappling experience. If you want to learn, but you’re a newbie, we provide all the classes you’d need to get started!

7pm-8pm: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Judo (Gi)

Tuesday

7am-8am: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (No Gi)

6pm-7pm: Boxing

Wednesday

7am-8am: Boxing

5pm-6pm: Kickboxing Fundamentals

6pm-7pm: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi)

Thursday

6pm-7pm: Boxing

7pm-8pm: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (No Gi)

Friday

5pm-6pm: BJJ Open Mat

6pm-7pm: Boxing/Kickboxing Conditioning

Saturday

Sunday

11am-12pm: MMA Fundamentals

12pm-2pm: Open Gym
